    ※ 海雲台、麗水ホテルはオンシーズンの間はより快適なお部屋でお迎えするために、チェックアウト時間が午前11時に変更させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。

    - 新羅ステイプラスイホテウ、チェックインは午後2時以降、チェックアウト 午前 11時でとなっております。
    - 大人お二人様1室1泊の料金です。(税別)
    - フィットネスセンターは安全上の理由により、16歳以上のお客様に限りご利用いただけます。
    - 保護者同伴なしの20歳未満未成年者の宿泊禁止 (青少年保護法30条/58条)

    ご予約の取消・変更およびNo-showについて
    [新羅ステイ光化門 / 麻浦 / 西大門 / 駅三 / 瑞草 / 九老 / 三成 / 東灘 / 天安 / 蔚山]
    - ご宿泊予定日の前日18時までは違約金を頂戴せず取消・変更が可能です。
    - ご宿泊予定日の前日18時以降の取消・変更およびノーショー（No-show）の場合、
    ㆍ繁忙期（4・5・6・10・11月、12/24、12/31）：初日宿泊料金の80%を違約金として頂戴いたします。
    ㆍ閑散期（繁忙期以外の期間）：初日宿泊料金の10%を違約金として頂戴いたします。

    [新羅ステイ海雲台 / 西釜山 / 麗水 / 済州 / イホテウ/全州]
    - 繁忙期 (5、7、8、10月、12/24、12/31)
    ㆍご宿泊予定日の7日前までは、違約金なしで取消が可能です。
    ㆍご宿泊予定日の6日前から2日前の18時までの取消 / 変更の場合は初日宿泊料金の20%を違約金として頂戴いたします。
    ㆍ上記の期間以降の取消 / 変更の場合(No Showを含む)は、初日宿泊料金の80%を違約金として頂戴いたします。
    - 閑散期 (繁忙期以外の期間) :
    ㆍご宿泊予定日の前日18時までは、違約金なしで取消が可能です。
    ㆍ上記期間以降の取消 / 変更の場合(No Showを含む)は、初日宿泊料金の10%を違約金として頂戴いたします。
  • Cancellation refund policy

    • Busy seasons (May, Jul., Aug., Oct., Dec. 24 and Dec. 31)
      - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
      - Cancellations or changes made no later than 18:00, 2-6 days before the scheduled check-in date are subject to a penalty charge equal to 20% of the first-night’s room rate.
      - No-shows or cancellations/changes made after the time limit above are subject to a penalty charge equal to 80% of the first-night’s room rate.


      Off-seasons (off-peak periods)
      - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day before the scheduled check-in date.
      - No-shows or cancellations/changes made after the time limit above are subject to a penalty charge equal to 10% of the first-night’s room rate.


      * To ensure more pleasant room arrangements during peak season, the check-out time will be changed to 11 a.m. (Peak season: July 1 - August 31, 2025)
      * For online reservations through the Shilla Stay homepage, only reservations made after 7 days of check-in can be canceled or changed online.
      * In case of cancellations or changes within 7 days before the scheduled check-in, please contact to the Shilla Stay Reservation office (+82-2-2230-0701)
