- Reservation Changes or Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day before your scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations or changes made after the time limit (or no-shows) are subject to a penalty charge equal to:
- (1) 80% of the first-night room rate during busy seasons (April, May, June, October, November, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31); or
- (2) 10% of the first-night room rate during off-seasons (or off-peak periods).
