- Reservation Changes or Cancellations
- In busy seasons (May, July, August, October, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31), cancellations are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations or changes are subject to a penalty equal to 20% of the first-night room rate, until 6:00 p.m., 2-6 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations or changes after the above period (including no-shows) are subject to a penalty equal to 80% of the first-night room rate.
- In off-seasons (off-peak seasons), cancellations are accepted without penalty until 6:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations or changes after the above period (including no-shows) are subject to a penalty equal to 10% of the first-night room rate.
